The Position:

Pool Scouts is dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for its employees. We offer employment year-round. Pool Scouts is looking for full-time pool technicians to perform year-round, high-quality pool maintenance.
The candidate should possess a good work ethic a positive/flexible attitude; past outdoor work experience is a plus.
The pool technician's regular duties will include making minor repairs to pool equipment as required with additional training. Our technicians are responsible for providing top-notch services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued customers.

Requirements: 

- We would prefer someone with at least six months of experience in making minor pool repairs.

If you do not currently have one, possess the willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician (CPT) or Operator (CPO) license.

- Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.

- Must be available to work 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.

- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions to operate our company vehicles.

- Ability to walk for extended periods in extreme outdoor temperatures, both cold and hot.

- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Must be proficient with email, instant messaging, electronic devices and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers. Applications.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
